Peter has a rich history in design and a passion for customer experience strategy. He made his first move into design leadership at Lonely Planet. Since then he has lead Design teams at REA Group and most recently Medibank, where he moved from Head of User Experience to Head of Digital.

As an experienced digital leader, he has a passion for connecting the dots across the enterprise to deliver cohesive digital product, delivery and customer experience strategy. With a background in design and user experience, he has a particular interest in helping organisations develop their digital vision and enablement strategies.
