Benaz balances her love for design and food by driving initiatives that help restaurants thrive. She started her career in San Francisco, where she dove deep into solving complex enterprise problems for startups and large organisations like Bloomberg and Charles Schwab.
She then joined OpenTable 5 years ago and since then has moved teams, countries and into leadership positions where she now leads a part of the design team across America and Australia.
She’s all about nurturing her design team and the design community through a coaching mindset and storytelling, and is currently co-running Therapy For Designers – a platform that helps young designers learn and develop leadership skills.
