At 86 400, Jessa leads the design team and the strategic direction of the design experiences across all digital touchpoints in the bank, including non-digital touchpoints. Throughout her 14+ year career, she has adopted a strategic approach linking both organisational objectives and customer centred frameworks while ensuring the customer stays at the centre of all decisions.
